To print a label, please ensure the following requirements are met:
- 1. Printer is ON (no setting required)
- 2. Printer is connected to this PC with a USB cable
- 3. There is enough label stock in the printer.
- 4. This PC is connected to the internet with indicator in green.
- 5. This window is open.
